Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings

For all appointments made in mink, we must ask for full credit card details in order to secure the booking. For any large groups constituting of 6 people or more, we would appreciate a breakdown of each name and the preferred treatment in email form. This helps us greatly to ensure each person is looked after in a timely and efficient manner.

Mink must highlight the importance of receiving 24 hours notice for any alterations or indeed cancellations occuring within the group, otherwise the full treatment amount will be automatically added on to the final bill.

With regards to any additional accompaniments you may wish to have along with the treatments such as Champagne or Canapés, Mink unfortunately do not possess sufficient utilities to cater for groups of a substantial size. We ask you supply any such accompaniments and we will happily serve for a cover charge per head.

If you wish to exclusively book our salon for private use, Mink can certainly do so for a specified rate per hour the salon is utilised.
