Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order it will be processed as soon as possible, we aim to process all orders the following business day, however this can vary during our busiest periods.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order in the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery by DPD

A standard delivery charge of €6 applies to all deliveries in the Republic of Ireland.

Click & Collect

We offer a convenient and complimentary Click & Collect service on all orders from our flagship store on Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge.

To avail of this service, please choose the Click & Collect option under delivery on our checkout page and our server will cleverly help to select a collection date and time that is suitable for you.

Returns Policy

At MINK we strive for perfection and innovate as leaders to bring the best experience and products to you. We have created our products, with you, the client in mind - that is why we are sure you will love our products as much as we do!

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we are more than happy to honour a full refund within 14 days of the sale. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Prior to making a return you must send a return request by emailing [email protected]. with your order number and reason for returning the product and our team will be happy to assist you.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened or used. In such a case the product may be returned to you and no monetary refund will be processed.
