Small Children Policy

We have listened carefully to feedback, as we navigate through living and working together post-Covid. Our mission is to preserve the integrity of our spa environment, all while allowing our customers to indulge and switch off is something we wish to make even more responsive.

It is with regret that we can no longer accept bookings in advance with young babies or small children to accompany you, during a service.

We completely understand this is a change, and we will do all we can to assist you. As we are a family business, who value the importance of having a warm, inclusive policy regarding very small children occupying our spa, we must acknowledge that maintaining a peaceful and relaxing space for our clients is of paramount importance.

Please note our new policy comes into effect March 1st 2020 across our locations, and we hope we can continue to look after you in the comfort of our new surroundings.

Mink Management

 Cash Free & Gratuities

This decision helps to keep our spaces safer, reduce the impact of touch points and cash handling in light of Covid. We understand this is a new change, and will facilitate you as much as possible while we transition to be a cash-free company.
